Shipping Policy

Build Time: Each gown is custom-made and requires up to 12 weeks to create.
Shipping Options: We ship via UPS, offering their range of shipping options. Please select your preference at checkout.
Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number to monitor your order's delivery status.
Rush Orders: If you need your gown sooner, please contact us at contact@modaunico.com to discuss rush order options.

No Returns: Each gown is made to measure, so all sales are final. We will endeavor to make the gown as accurate to the measurements provided, but recommend consulting a local seamstress or tailor for small adjustments like hemming or taking in.
Reporting Issues: If your order arrives with defects or is incorrect, please document the issues and contact us at contact@modaunico.com within 7 business days of receipt. We will prioritize correcting any issues at no additional cost to you.
Fabric Variations: Small differences in fabric, such as slight color differences, are natural and not considered defects.
